Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally... We ship via Royal Mail tracked and deliver to over 230 countries worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
UK Tracked 24: 3-5 days
UK Tracked 48: 4-6 days
European Delivery Standard: 6-8 days
Rest of World Delivery Standard: 8-12 days
Can I receive my delivery the next day?
If you live in the UK or Europe, it may be possible to send your order on a next day service at an increased rate. Please contact us at orders@goodsquish.com to discuss this further.
How do I make a return?
As we are a small business we do not currently do returns, you can exchange for store credit. please refer to our delivery and returns page on our website

An item I want is out of stock. Will you be restocking?
You can sign up for restock notifications on the product pages. In some cases, we can offer a made-to-order service. Please contact orders@goodsquish.com to enquire about the item you are interested in.
How long do pre-orders take to arrive?
A delivery window will be stated on the item listing.
Are Pre-Orders able to be returned or exchanged?
All Pre-Orders placed online are final sale unless part of our core collections.
