DELIVERY

 

 As we are a small team please allow 3 working days from order placement for us to get your order ready and dispatch.

- Europe Royal Mail tracked £12.00 8-10 working days

- Rest Of The World Royal Mail tracked £15.00 10-15 working days

 

Please note orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday any orders made over the weekend will be shipped the following week.

 

Shipping times should be used as a guide, and exact times will be confirmed upon issue of delivery. We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but we will do our best to assist if these problems occur. Duties and Taxes Customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you directly. Please note due to Brexit, EU customers purchasing non-EU originating goods will be subject to import duty and VAT.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

As a small brand with limited quantities of inventory we fulfil exchanges but do not process any returns. All exchanges must be processed within 7 DAYS of delivery receipt. Any exchange's must be requested via email to orders@goodsquish.com once accepted you can return to our studio:

Pease add your name, order number and that you are returning for store credit in a note in the parcel (this is so we know who you are and what we can do next) we will then provide with you a store credit code at the same amount as your original order. We do not cover postage for your return. When posting your squish to us we strongly advise you do this via Royal Mail tracked, we are not responsible for an item that does not reach us.
