Great for all hair types. Place over a ponytail or bun. For thinner hair, double-loop for a secure fit. Also perfect for bunches and plaits!

• As each Squish is handmade using unique fabric batches, with small production runs, slight colour variations can occur. This is a natural characteristic of the artisanal process.

DISPATCH
Orders placed before 2pm BST/GMT (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day.

For most major destinations (including the UK, USA, and EU), we cover all duties and taxes. For all other locations, any applicable charges are calculated and settled at checkout. This means no surprise fees on delivery.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition. To initiate a return, please contact orders@goodsquish.com.

Insanely slow and unresponsive customer service

I bought 4 Good Squish for my niece but unfortunately the images online didn't quite match what she expected and I had to return 3 of them as she tried on one. The customer service email took more than 3 days to come back and by then I have already shipped the items back, the credit note took a further 9 days to issue and required 4 further emails. Then unluckily, the system didn't work and I have to email again, it's been at least 10 emails and I still haven't got this resolved for my niece. It's just been a huge upset and disappointment for her and a lot of frustration on my part.
