We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM BST (Monday-Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.

• Scandinavia: Orders over 850 DKK (Denmark), 1300 SEK (Sweden), and 1400 NOK (Norway).
• Asia: Orders over ¥30,000 (Japan), ₩250,000 (South Korea), ¥1,600 (China), HK1,650(HongKong),andNT3,800 (Taiwan).

UK Shipping
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. You can choose your service at checkout.

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): Typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
• Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Typically arrives the next working day from dispatch. Please note, this is not a guaranteed next-day service, but it is the fastest option.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. If your order doesn't meet the free shipping threshold, you'll see the calculated cost before you pay.

We've worked hard to make customs as simple as possible so there are no surprise fees.

Deliveries Duties Paid (The Price You See is What You Pay)
If you are ordering to one of the following locations, the price you see for each product already includes all necessary VAT and duties. There will be no extra customs charges for you to pay.

Taxes & Duties Paid At Checkout
For the following locations, all applicable taxes and duties will be calculated and added during the checkout stage. This means you still pay for everything upfront and won't be hit with surprise fees when the parcel arrives.

• UAE

Rest of World
For all other countries, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order. These are charged by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Store Pickup
You can choose the 'Pick Up' option at checkout to collect your online order from our studio. We'll send you an email as soon as it's packed and ready for you.

To minimise waste and stick to our small-batch ethos, some of our pieces are made to order. This means we only make them once you've ordered them! You can find the specific production time on the product page, but we often deliver well ahead of schedule. If you have any questions about a made-to-order piece, just drop us a line at orders@goodsquish.com.

Add Gift Wrapping for £5.00 at checkout and our team will beautifully wrap your order using our unique, deadstock fabrics – making your gift extra special and sustainable. Please note: To ensure timely dispatch, Gift Wrapping can only be applied to orders placed before 12 PM BST.
