Shipping Info

Please allow 2-5 working days (find more accurate times on checkout) for processing on normal orders. We ship with Royal Mail and DHL.

Pre-order items require up to 30 days production, with 2-3 working days for transit.

Domestic

Domestic orders over £80 will have free shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes. Exceptions to shipping rates are noted in item descriptions.

International

Customers are responsible for customs charges for all international orders, any questions / requirements please contact: orders@goodsquish.com

We are not responsible for delays caused during ground or air transportation delays, sever weather, or any other circumstances that aren't in our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, however we will issue a credit note for full-priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase of your item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.

All returns must be new. You must attach your write your order number and reason for return with your order. Email orders@goodsquish.com to start the process.
