We hope you love your Squish! If the style isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to swap it for one that suits you better. To arrange an exchange, simply email us at orders@goodsquish.com.

Compliance & Returns: In accordance with your statutory cancellation rights, if you prefer to return an item without exchanging, you may strictly do so within the same 14-day period provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Please notify us via the email above. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2 PM BST (Monday-Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.

UK Shipping
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. You can choose your service at checkout:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): Typically takes 2-3 working days from dispatch
  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Typically arrives the next working day from dispatch. This is the fastest option but not a guaranteed next-day service

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. If your order doesn't meet the free shipping threshold, you'll see the calculated cost before you pay.

Customs & Duties
We've worked hard to make customs as simple as possible so there are no surprise fees.

Deliveries Duties Paid (The Price You See is What You Pay)
If you are ordering to one of the following locations, the price you see for each product already includes all necessary VAT and duties. There will be no extra customs charges for you to pay:

  • United Kingdom
  • USA
  • The European Union (including Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden)
  • Switzerland
  • Norway
  • China
  • Malaysia
  • New Zealand
  • Singapore

Taxes & Duties Paid At Checkout
For the following locations, all applicable taxes and duties will be calculated and added during the checkout stage. This means you pay everything upfront and won't be hit with surprise fees when the parcel arrives:

  • Mexico
  • Saudi Arabia
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • UAE

Rest of World
For all other countries, we will calculate duties and taxes at checkout wherever possible. If these fees are not calculated and charged at checkout, you will be responsible for paying them to your local customs authority upon delivery.
