We hope you love your Squish! If the style isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to swap it for one that suits you better. To arrange an exchange, simply email us at orders@goodsquish.com.

Compliance & Returns: In accordance with your statutory cancellation rights, if you prefer to return an item without exchanging, you may do so within the same 14-day period, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Please notify us via the email above. Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2PM GMT/BST (Monday–Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
